Four Questions

My friend, Chad McCallum, has recently launched a blog, asking various leaders Four Important Questions.

1. What is the most important value you demonstrate as a leader?
2. Where/When did you experience your greatest growth as a leader?
3. What is one book you are reading right now?
4. What do you want inscribed on your tombstone?

I'm wondering -- how would YOU answer those questions?

Comments

  1. 1. I do not demonstrate value, I cultivate it.
    2. I told God I was ok if I never led. And then the leadership opportunities came.
    3. Dutch Sheets's "Intercessory Prayer"
    4. Pause O stranger passing by. As you are now, as once was I.

  3. Wow. I'm surprised you know the rest of that one. I saw it on someone else's gravestone.

The little poem sounds so depressing, but it really buts things in perspective for me. Our lives are but a twinkle in God's eye. The best parts are yet to come, and we won't have to worry about them ending.
