Getting Back to Normal

The sun is rising right now, like a golden ball in the sky, reminding us of the Lord's tender mercies which are renewed day by day. The Lord is near.

Cathy is near too!

It's so good to have her home. Like the rising sun, her presence brings a sense of "normal" back to our household.

(All the wild beasts are back in the cages again.)

    Dear Pastor Mark,
Returning to work this morning, I was so happy to read of Cathy's homecoming. Gary & I have been out of town (camping in the woods, away from computers and such) since Wednesday evening and unable to check your blog. But that didn't keep us from praying for her recovery and complete renewal of good health. I'm reading a book right now that speaks of storms that God allows to rumble through our lives, using them as wake-up calls for our hearts. We don't always know when one of those storms will hit. Will it build up gradually or just wham! hit us? Within each storm He'll always place a lesson, like a well placed lightning bolt! "He will cover you with His feathers, and under His wings you will find refuge; His faithfulness will be your shield and rampart. Psalm 91:4 Amen & amen!
I pray that there will be a downpouring of God's blessings on you and your family.
    Your friend, Sue B.
