Farmers have always used the Daylight Hours wisely. They never changed the time, they just got up at daybreak.

It happens on Sunday so no one will be late to work. I guess it doesn't matter if people are late or miss church. Perhaps they just started it on the first day of the week.

Keetha, if Ohio was not going to change, I am glad Indiana did. At least we are on the same time as our daughter and family.

Question: Why does time change always happen on Sunday?

Answer: Because people are sleeping in church anyway.

Maybe the disciples were sleeping while Jesus was off praying in the garden because it was daylight savings time. :)

When I was a dairy farmer in Wisconsin (Years ago), I used to keep on going to the barn to milk the cows at the same time every morning but after a while I got tired of being out of synch with the rest of the world and I would give up and change. The cows didn't seem to care. The strange thing was, I would go through that struggle every year.
