Barratt's Chapel

Last week, while in Maryland teaching FLAME courses, I had the privilege of leading a prayer service for our students at Barratt's Chapel, the oldest surviving church building in the United States built by and for Methodists. It was the place where Asbury met Coke, officially launching the Methodist Church in America.
We conducted Wesley's Covenant Service, including three Charles Wesley Hymns. It was beautiful.

Now there's a real preacher in that picture! Thanks Mark for leading us in this adventure at Barratt's chapel.

Thanks for being an investor in the lives of ministerial students. I appreciate you my friend!

  2. Mark,

Sorry I missed going to the chapel, sounds like it was wonderful. Thanks again for being our Evangelism and Church Health instructor.
