    Wonderful article. People put way too much value on titles.

    An old saying.....
    'A wife can make or break a man'

    Think about the relationship between the article and the old saying.

    Success in the second chair often depends on the attitude of the person in the first chair. If the first chair is insecure, petty or a control freak, then the person in the second chair does not stand a chance.

    However, if the person in the first chair is a wonderful mentor, what a great relationship can develop.
