Mosaic's Doritos Super Bowl Commercial

Mosaic Church in southern California is one of the six finalists in the Doritos "Crash the Super Bowl" Commercial Contest. Three of the six will air during the big game.

Some may question the appropriateness of such a commercial being done by a church -- but you have to hand it to them for innovation and creativity!

To quote Francis Chan in his book Crazy Love, "Frankly, you (people) need to get over yourself."

Many today need to take a deep breath and relax. I hope they win!!!

I think that as Christians, therefore united together in Christ, we should seek first to support one another, and not bring each other down. We need more Christians out there making creative and big impacts in all realms, media included. The commercial's content is not bad...please people, let's compare it to the mass of violence and obscene things that are filling our TVs, computer screens, etc..

This group did a great job, artistically and in execution. They deserve to win, and we should be supporting this!

I am so glad the risk was taken to put this commercial together. As a Believer, I'm impressed with those who take their talents outside the walls of the church and make an impact in other areas.

The end didn't quite work as well as it should have... but aside from that, great work.
