Convicted

The Holy Spirit convicted me about my last post. I was trying to be funny, and ended up being unkind. That's been a blind spot for me, and God is helping to develop me in that area.

So, please forgive me.

Upon further reflection, this is the most "kid-friendly" Ministers' Conference I've ever seen.

  1. I saw the humor in it, and was not offended by it - - - however, you could delete the whole post if you felt that you shouldn't have written it. I've deleted posts of my own.

I didn't see anything wrong there. You might classify it as a bit of satire and that has a place as long as no one is hurt by it. It made a point and I know it was said in love because I know the guy that wrote it: Steve

I, too, did not see a bad spirit in what you wrote. However, I very much appreciate your sensitivity to the Spirit. It does not matter what man says or does, it only matters that we are listening to what the Spirit would say in us. Thank you for being transparent and honoring God.
