A New Family Member

This morning, we adopted Vin from the Northwoods Humane Society. He's a good mutt -- a year old -- and full of affection.

Please be patient with Vin. He will makes mistakes. Do not give up quickly and take him back. Our shelters need people to give permanent homes. Obviously, Vin has already been tossed about in this often cruel world.

Be there for Vin, he will definitely be there for you.

    Woof!Woof!
Please treat me the way you would want to be treated. I am one of God's creatures. You will be judged not only by people but also by God for the care I receive. I will give you uncondtional love. I will always be happy to see you. I can give humans lessons in friendship.

Our own humane society adoptee, Bailey, is one of the best investments we ever made. She makes us laugh every single day!! A joyous addition to our family.

We've had Vin for three days now -- and he's really blended in as a part of our family. He's so well behaved -- and gentle.

I appreciate all the good words of advice.
